[Rava Viera, SAM/NIN]During the Seventh Umbral Calamity, Arcea led an elite Free Company hired by a corrupt Ul'dahn syndicate faction to hold a vital choke point at Carteneau. They were promised heavy reinforcements, but the syndicate deliberately withheld the backup—using Arcea’s unit as a meat-shield to protect their own private riches escaping the impact zone. As Bahamut tore the sky apart, Arcea watched their entire squad burn in the Calamity's fire, surviving the betrayal only by a cruel twist of fate and a shattered shield."I used to fight for flags, gold and the liars in silk robes. Now? I fight so a kid with a bronze sword lives to see tomorrow." Having said that, Arcea opened Wysteria Inn to provide respite to fellow tired adventurers.

Wait Staff

Asteria Toivonen[Wildwood Elezen, WHM/DRK]The current holder of the Nightwing Faerie Queen's Heritage in an esteemed household in Old Sharlayan and a survivor of the infamous Deathmatch Game better known as SINoALICE, Asteria took to the road to see how the world changed in the 5.5 years she went missing. In her travels, she joined the inn's staff in an attempt to reintegrate herself into a society where murder for desire and survival is no longer necessary."My desire to ensure everyone lives to see the next sunrise remains the same. But now I found more that I can wish for. I want to atone for the Characters' sins, so that they can move on in death, and in doing so redeem my own in the process. This is my wish, my prayer, my hope. Now, grant my desire once more, Parrah and Noya!"

Heir to the legacy of Lady Iceheart after the end of the Dragonsong War, Lyra has discovered her new goal of bridging the bonds between dragons and the Spoken races on Etheriys. To raise funds to improve herself in battle and work towards this newfound dream, she has taken up work in the inn."I promise you this, that one day, dragonkind and the people of this star can coexist in peace and harmony. I have to- I will get stronger, to see this dream fulfilled. Such a dream is possible, right, Ysayle?"

Skadi Brynhildr[Raen Au Ra, WHM/SGE]Despite the protests of her mother and the disapproval of the Forum, Skadi ventured into Eorzea to understand its wonders and figure out why Old Sharlayan is so cold and distant to its struggles... save for her senior and their acadeimc sponsors, the Students of Baldesion. Upon recommendation from her mentor, she started work at the inn to improve herself both physically and intellectually."This realm has so many mysteries waiting to be discovered! If it's in so much turmoil, how come Old Sharlayan with its vast pools of knowledge refuse to give Eorzea the assistance it needs? I can't wait to see what lies ahead!"

Pip Squeak
[Seeker of the Sun Miqo'te, MCH]So nicknamed by her mother due to her small size at birth, Pip lived a happy, normal life until her parents were killed by bandits on the way home from work when she was 15 summers young. With no one else to turn to, she ended up on the streets when Arcea found her and offered her food and lodging in exchange for working at the Wysteria Inn for a reduced wage. A grateful Pip now works hard at the inn in order to repay Arcea's kindness."For the sake of the boss who took me in when I was at my lowest... I will work hard! I may be a small pipsqueak, but I will prove that I can do the job as well as everyone else!"

She left Othard chasing the summit. Stronger opponents, a sharper blade, the horizon always one step ahead. Eorzea was the next road west. The inn was never the plan. She was there when it needed hands, she helped, and somehow never made it back out the door. The routine became an anchor she never knew she was missing, a quiet counterweight to a life spent always moving."I want to be strong. I have to be strong. So that I can reach that goal... Though... a quiet life like this isn't so bad at all. I suppose this is another reason to get stronger, for their sake."

Rules (OoC)

1. Please be respectful of other customers and wait staff.
2. No crafting and melding in-venue. If you wish to perform (BRD) in-venue, please seek our staff for advice.
3. There is no right or wrong when it comes to RP, but if you wish to AFK, other patrons may approach you for RP.
4.No NSFW/ERP allowed.
5. Please do not emote/skill spam.

Rules (In-Character)

1. Please be respectful of other customers and wait staff.
2. Please take off your shoes before entering the inn (you don't actually have to do this, simply "/em takes off his/her shoes.")
3. Do not run and shout in the onsen. Tomestones are also not allowed in the onsen. If you wish to take a soak in the onsen, you are only allowed 20 (Eorzean) minutes maximum.
4. No littering allowed in the inn.

Failure to follow the rules (in-character and/or OoC) will result in potential expulsion from the inn.
Continuous failure to follow OoC rules will result in being blacklisted and banned from further events.
